My fingers are still crossed hard hoping this works out. The dad is a Canadian boy... and he looks a bit like my Danny. I really enjoyed talking with the breeder and she sounds like she's somebody who is going to be great being in touch with for many years. >.< My cat was making beautiful music on my piano while I was talking with her (howling and stepping on the keys) and she had a good laugh about that. And she singled out two of the prettier boys who are lighter on their feet for me... I told her she still has to pick for me. I'm too scatterbrained.

I am trying to be level headed and not push too hard. I initially made the meeting date this weekend. Er, forgetting that some breeders don't mind people visiting in the evening hours. So then today I'm sitting on my hands trying not to email her back and see if she minded me making my first visit earlier this week before the holiday. And then if all goes well, I can go back this weekend...

This is me overthinking way too much.

We stayed out in fields pretty much where I could see everything. And then he had his jinglebells on. <- The bells are very loud on the collar. And I have another collar that sounds like sleighbells.

We have limited hunting where I live because of the area getting built up somewhat, but way back we started putting jinglebells on and wearing bright colors while we WALKED the dogs out, because we had hunters crossing through our direct backyard with guns.
