Anyone familiar with The Whole Pet Diet?

Thinking of getting this book, then realized she had a website. She used to work/created Halo and now has her own line with her face on it (LOL).

The Whole Pet Diet | Eight Weeks to Great Health for Dogs and Cats

I"m not sure if she had any vet/nutritionist experience thought. Anyone try it - recommend or skip?

I have read the book, but never tried it. My niece has used the diet to feed her lab for years. She is the one who told me about the book.

Great! How old is the lab and overall health? Seems like a valid recipe..

I think that he is around 11 or 12 years old and in generally good health. I haven't seen them in a few years because she doesn't live very close. I know that she did adopt a cat last year and is also cooking for the cat.
