Sorry to hear you are having trouble. I seem to remember you saying something about changing their food? Could that have something to do with the diarrhea? Or I could be mistaken.

When Max was a puppy we changed his food a couple of times until we found one that agreed with him best.

Try a bland diet(boiled rice/20 minute rice and boiled beef)... Also metronidazole from a vet will help .....

Yes! He is teething! It just started actually - he lost his first tooth (that I could tell) today! Maybe that is the issue!
