| We played this game since he was a pup. I would throw a toy downstairs and while he would go chasing the toy i would hide in the house, one he returned back with his toy and noticed i wasn't there he would drop his toy and go look for me. I would be usually in a corner with a box in front of me, in the closet, under the blanket and he would run into each room looking for me. jumping on couches to look behind them to see if i was there (Not allowed to jump on couches, tsk tsk tsk), and just sniff around. He would eventually find me and the game went on until he knew all the hiding spots, than we took a break. It's a fun game! try it out and post your experiences |

| We do this. Only instead of using a distraction, i put him in a stay then go hide. Great for practicing both stay and come. Way more fun than a boring old training session!

| I play this game with Roxy and Elliot. It is so funny to hear them race each other to find me. Usually Roxy wins.

| Billy (11 months) goes nuts for this game - even if it's just hiding a newspaper in different places behind the same couch lol. If we play it in the garden and make it tougher, he's in his element! He's more a searcher than a retriever that's for sure |
