Fit to be Tricked

Just in case I don't have enough to keep me busy, my eyes keep going off to see 'Fit to be Tricked' - 2 versions; the regular version and a puppy version (The tricked out puppy).

Has anyone been to a seminar, taken a course etc? Heard or have feedback on this type of awareness training?

It sounds like a lot of the same work I did with Rowdy's rehab after an injury sidelined him - but this is more preventive and aims at building muscles tone and awareness .. an excerpt from the puppy description

Improve your puppy’s coordination, body awareness and foundation for agility ability while teaching them fun and exciting tricks.
The Tricked Out Puppy is a the puppy version of the famous Fit To Be Tricked program!
The Fit To Be Tricked program was designed my The Fit To Be Tricked (FTBT) World/National Agility Champion, Chris Ott (Parker), world-renowned theatrical and trick dog trainer, Frankie Joiris, in consultation with internationally recognized physical therapist, Ria Acciani. It is an exciting program that uses specialized trick training, as a fun way to optimize fitness, flexibility and coordination. FTBT is designed to improve your dog’s performance in agility, increase physical strength and stamina, decrease muscle recovery time and improve learning ability. The Tricked Out Puppy has been modified to make it perfect for helping puppies develop body awareness, coordination, balance, and strength, as well as improve learning ability.
