Southern California Breeders

My family and I are hoping to get a puppy ASAP after losing our beloved golden 5 months ago. Does anyone have any recommendations of southern California breeders who currently have puppies?

Also, does anyone have any good or bad information on Bob Clark at Birch Hollow Goldens?

Most litters I know of in the So Cal area are all sold. I would contact the GRCGLA puppy referral person (you can google it for the info) to see if they have any information about puppies available from their breeder referral list.

I do think I saw on facebook that Annecy goldens (Carrie and Dave Noble) just had a very large litter. I don't know if all are sold but it wouldn't hurt to contact them.

As for Bob Clark, from my understanding he has been in the breed for a long time and has a good reputation.

I just met with a breeder that is all that I could hope for (thanks for the referral Michelle!) The breeding is not planned until January with puppies ready in May (so may not be your timing) but if you could wait she would be perfect! Let me know if you would like more info.

Also looking for good breeder.

I'm also looking for a responsible breeder in southern ca to add a golden puppy to our family. We really want a healthy dog from healthy parents with all of the health clearances.

Anyone have any positive or negative info about the following breeders:

Sierra Goldens sierragoldenretrievers.com
Ebbert Golden Retrievers ebbertretrievers.com
Chadwick Goldens chadwicksgoldens.com
Autumnwind Goldens Autumnwindgoldenretrievers.com

Any feedback or advice would be great!
Thanks!

Autumnwind Goldens are friends of mine, you could not ask for a more dedicated breeder. I do know she has puppies but I would check to make sure all are not spoken for, last I spoke to her I thought they were all sold.

Thank you for the Autumnwinds thumbs up

Hello,
I am currently working with Autumnwinds and it was nice to get confirmation on my gut feeling about her. I live in NorCal so my communication is all phone and email. I looked/spoke to many breeders and this litter was my top choice. I have not owned a golden before so much of this is new to me. Having her experience, candidness, and obvious concern for her litters, is a huge blessing. We wait with much excitement for our new family addition. But I did want to let you know that I was glad to get confirmation from the community on this breeder!
Cheers!
