| I missed this before...and it's an old thread. I also didn't realize how you came to have Tuff...or visa versa. What a good person you are Alan! I hope Teddy is OK. No, there is not much you can do...and yes, many people are idiots where pets and common sense are concerned. I like Steve's suggestion. Leave out food for him and dose him with heartworm meds. Sadly, my sister has a Goldie girl that's not up to date on her vac's either. I'm sure she's gone years without them. I stepped in some years back and took the dog from her, scared for her well being. My parents then took the dog in to care for her and my sister stopped speaking to me, for over a year. She's had her Goldie girl back for some years now and that's probably how long she's been without her vacs...=(

| I guess Teddy was just checking in to make sure you were okay. It is so sad that he is not truly taken care of and loved. Unfortunately it will probably get worse as the boy ages and spends even less time with him.
