I'm REALLY bad at coming up with screen names.

Having lived all my life in Jersey, I have known one or two "Jersey girls" (in my younger days of course) and I got to MARRY one!

My mother used to say to me, "you are SUCH a princess!' and my reply was "And what does that make you, the Queen of all you survey?"
Told this to a friend who promptly crowned me La Princessa de la Quite a lot (but not all)
And that's that. :-)

Mine is no mystery. Ambika is my "kennel" name and GR is, well you know.

cinnamonteal is the name I use for pretty much everything online. A cinnamon teal is a type of duck. http://whatbird.wbu.com/obj/404/_/Cinnamon_Teal.aspx

When I was a kid, my dad would always take our family bird watching (it's like his favorite thing to do). I hated it. (What 10 year old wants to identify tiny brown birds they can barely see?) Except I always liked the ducks. I picked the name when we were going through a rough patch because I felt like it was symbolic of our relationship at that point - trying to find some common ground. Plus I just like the sound of it. Once I picked it, it just sort of stuck. And I feel like a duck name is kinda appropriate for a golden retriever forum.

Kody was my first golden and heart dog. Yesterday would have been his 15th birthday. He became an angel at Rainbow Bridge on August 1, 2005. Here is the story that I posted as a tribute to him last year. It explains the significance of my screen name...

Milly is my Golden, and I am her 2-legged mommy - pretty self explanatory. For the horse forums I either use diKecnadnuS (Sundance Kid backwards) - my amazing former large pony or PoliticsAndPonies (because I work in politics and train ponies).

I didn't realize that was you! I loved the banker analogy so much a while back that I wrote it in my riding journal - the trainers making the deposits so the riders can make withdrawls! I love it! I always wondered who the genius Casey1 behind the analogy was!
