Good thread! For some names that aren't really words, I make up my own names for them. For example, mmo3gn is Morgan in my head and lgnutah is iguana. You know how if you just glance at a word and think it says one thing...I'm not crazy! Oh, and Paula Bedard, I always read her name as Paula Bread

Augustus McCrae is from Lonesome Dove, so that's where Gus got his name from. My husband originally found this forum and registered as Augustus McCrae, so me being not so creative, took Agustus McCrae's mom.

I suppose you will all think I'm crazy. Kiki is the name of my almost 15 year old cat. I have been a die hard cat lover since I can remember. Never wanted a dog to be honest. My husband calls me the cat whisperer. Anyway, when I joined, Trooper was a puppy and I just needed some advice. I wasn't all that attached to him yet and thought I would pay a tribute to my oldest kitty. I didn't realize what a HUGE part of my life Trooper would become. So...I sort of wish I could change my screen name but too much hassle.

Loboto-Me came about because I LOVE play on words.... so my screen name is basically saying that I'm "half-witted", "half a brain". It means Lobotomy but since I spell it Loboto-Me it's means that ME is Lobotomized. I've had this screen name since I first started on internet in the early 90's.

The first name I had was "Nabob" which was for the brand of coffee I STILL drink. I used to play "Acrophobia" on a defunct site called Bezerk. I was in the Coffeeshop room for a long long time. When I started joining forums, and other game sites, I decided to do a play on words with my name and changed it over to Loboto-Me and any variation of it.... so if you see a Loboto-Me, LobotoMe, LobotoMoi, etc... it just MIGHT be me
