Mine is quite obvious, although I'll admit, it took a while to become a true fan of Finn's. I wasn't going to give any remaining pieces of my heart away after Cody died; he and I shared DNA, I think, and no other dog could or would measure up. My sweet Finny was previously named Kodi, so I figured there was an angel paw involved in my adopting him. My heart has indeed opened up to this tender soul, and I will always be his biggest fan:-)

My Great-Grandparents came from Ireland, DH's Grandparents came from Sweeden. So we decided to chose a name that combined our heritage. Voila, McSwede was born. LOL!

I'm not very imaginative; mine is my name and birth date. I didn't have my puppy yet when I joined so couldn't use his name or anything. His birth date would be better since he's not sensitive about his age yet!
