I am in love with insanity and just Shaun T's training methods! That is going to be my go to workout once this baby comes to get the weight off!
It works too - if you stick to it! You are right to not push too far. Do what your body says is comfortable. If you do that you will find yourself doing more and more each time and will feel great! Don't give up on it! You won't regret it!
