| I often do the Couch Potato workout: Balancing a jar of nacho cheese dip on my knee while trying to pick up the fallen tv remote with my feet, with a death grip on a bag of Doritos in one hand and a Haagen Dazs icecream bar in the other. My toes have never looked better. |

| All three of my kids have done P90X and Insanity. They have been rotating the two for a couple of years. My older son has ordered a new series - no clue what it is called. They all belong to I hate Tonya Club too. The older son does Insanity/P90X in the morning and does a gym workout in the evening. He had an elevated liver enyzme at his last physical. His sister and I tried to tell him to back off his workout a bit, not enough recovery time. One of his doctors attributed to his gallbladder and wanted to do immediate surgery. the GI doctor agreed with his sister and me. |

| Push through that first week pain - it does go away! I promise. I used to use that as an excuse before Insanity - I would wait till the soreness went away from my one workout till i worked out again - big mistake! You are training your muscles and helping them grow when you work through that soreness. After a few minutes your muscles loosen up and you are good to go!! ![]() Good luck ladies - I will be joining you in a few short months!!

| I am currently doing a Body Gospel challenge. I have done some of Hip Hop Abs which is fun, and a few other ones. I have very limited space at home, so I can only do certain ones, but at Fit Club we have a ton of space, and can do any workout.

| I pulled the trigger last week and started Insanity .I had been wanting to try something like p90x for a while (didn't want to have to buy all the equipment associated with p90x though) and looked into Insanity after hearing a number of people talk about it. I actually really like it so far. I thought that since the workouts are so tough that I would hate popping in the DVD each day. It's oddly motivating though when you can't make it through the workout without resting more than the allotted rest time...i want to get to the next workout to see if I can do better! Are any of you following the nutrition plan? I'm trying to stick to it for the most part. We already ate pretty healthy, but it's easier to fit 5 healthy meals in a day when they lay out a bunch of options for you for each meal. |

| Oh my, aerobic exercises ? ![]() Sorry I prefer good old fashion free weight exercises, and just long walking on my off days of weight lifting. Just the mental thought of a full blown workout of all aerobic exercises tires me out.............. LOL ![]() |
