Tuco is getting turkey necks, some beef liver, some green tripe, steak trimmings, and alittle kidney, along with fish oil and coconut oil

I am gonna have a beef paddy and some hot pockets...

why is it that i feed my dog better than i feed myself...

Tonight I'm making what I call my "dog walker's special'.
Put about 12 chicken thighs into casserole dish.
add 1 sliced red pepper and 3 potatoes, quartered but not peeled
and some minced garlic.
cover with some (about 1/2 cup) roasted red pepper with oregano dsg.
Put into 425 degree oven.
Set timer for 20 min.
Grab your dog and tell someone in your household you are taking the dog out for a walk and when the timer rings they need to give everything a stir and reset the timer for another 20 min. and if you're not back when the timer goes the second time, take casserole out of oven.
Off you for your walk and when you get back, dinner is ready.

Today's breakfast was some canteloupe (yum!!), an energy bar, and some tea. Lunch was a salami sandwich and salad (well, spinach with dressing). Dinner I'm making pot roast

Once, when I worked fast food, I had a man in our drive through get very angry at me because I couldn't give him a medium done steak. He didn't seem to believe that he was in a Jack in the Box.

Kudos to you! Our pets are part of our family. Of course we want to feed them well and healthy. You love Tuco so much

In my opinion, raw meat diet is the best for doggie. I fed mine from 8 weeks, almost his whole life, no vet bills, no trouble for 10 years. (I recommend raw instead of kibble)

Turkey necks - is soft bone that they must chew (good for the teeth), and eat (get full) and they get exercise from eating, they love it. I used to buy bulks and bulks of turkey necks, chicken necks, lamb necks. They are all crazy about tripe. And they need some - about 5 % organs in their diet. His food bills was about 3 to 4 times than mine. But it was worth it.

No morning breakfast for me. I went for Asian - 'dim dum' today. I am off today. Social gathering and good food were my morning activities.

Tonight, I will have peanut butter sandwich and a small salad and one orange. (I force myself to eat more fruit and veggie )

Last night was just plain chips, I throw some seasonings in with them. But if you can get ahold of Martin's Sweet Onion Sea Salt chips...........oh, momma, mmmm mmm mmmm! Barbecue are good too, but can be overpowering, so I mix with plain. I throw the "spoon chips" - what my husband calls the broken bits in the bottom of the bag - into a ziplock bag and when the mood strikes, I use them on chicken. It's pretty tasty on pork chops too.

Stew from the freezer, with either homemade biscuits or corn bread for supper. Lunch was noodles - I made too much yesterday.
