Last night I got into bed, and brought Tucker with me. We've been letting the big dogs sleep with us every now and then (and crating them most of the time). I like switching around their sleeping arrangements so they're OK with various things.

My daughter couldn't sleep--she's been sick with a cold and was uncomfortable--so she showed up in my room at about 1 a.m. with the other two dogs in tow, climbed in and we all slept together.

Tess likes to be on a pillow near our heads. Tucker likes to stretch out on top of one of us or as close as possible next to one of us, and Bella just likes to be in the middle, as close as possible to her pack. She walks on top of us to get to the spot she wants.

I didn't get a lot of sleep! Couldn't move my legs most of the night. Every time one living creature moved, they all shifted to adjust. I see a nap in my near future.

Sigh. Gotta love 'em all though.

I know the feeling and there is just the three of us. I'm always on the edge of the bed...lol

Hahahahahahaha...isnt this the truth....on Saturday mornings, the only day I get to go back to bed, I take a 3 hr. nap in my daughter's room. (Hubby doesnt like doghair or butt on his pillow!!!) So Nash and I go in there, and Nash is the happiest lil guy you ever did see...He's all over the bed, kicking me, and stealing the covers, but I love it, and he's happy!!! In the meantime, lil Neeko seems to know what we are doing, he cries for 10 minutes that morning, hoping we will come get him to sleep in the bed, I thought about it for a nanno second and then came to my senses, one golden is enough in the bed for now....

I'm in the process of deciding whether to add a master suite to this (very small) house. If I do, I'm going to make sure the bedroom is large enough for a king bed.

If I can buy a car to accommodate my dogs, I might as well buy a bed, too!

We bought a king size bed so the 3 of us can sleep comfortably.. sometimes I swear it doesn't make a difference, I still am on the edge of the bed with hardly any blankets! But I wouldn't have it any other way

Would have loved to have seen a picture of all of you. We only have Barnaby, but I always end up hanging out the bed shivering! God forbid if I try to move him, I usually get a sharp swish of the wagga and a kick. Then he has the cheek to demand a belly rub (and that's just my hubby!), only joking!
