| I have never in my lifetime of 62 yrs had a cup of coffee. And I tried tea once, didn't like it. I do have the occasional hot chocolate.

I have one coffee in the morning, and then I switch to looseleaf tea at work. I've been drinking Japanese green steamed tea (Sencha Haruno) this week. I'll also occasionally have a fancypants espresso drink at Starbucks as a treat, but those are too expensive and have too many calories to be my daily drink.

I love coffee.....it doesn't love me, so I have to only have it in moderation. I love white chocolate mochas as well, as an occasional treat. My FAVE. But I also like just a good cup of coffee with ColdStone's Sweet Cream creamer in it. How was the Vanilla latte? Sounds good, but I have a hard time straying from my norm, when I go. lol. My guilty pleasure each morning is a cup. I need the kickstart!

Coffee is a morning ritual for me at work. I almost never drink it on weekends though. I finally got a nice coffee maker so I brew my own and bring it in. I dont think coffee is bad for you...maybe if someone regularly drank 5+ cups a day there could be some ill effects, but casual drinking isnt bad.

Matcha's pretty awesome. I have a gravity tea infuser at work so I can use any and all looseleaf teas. With great tea, you put a couple of pinches in the infuser for the first cup, and then you can rebrew the original leaves with a small pinch of new leaves each time you want a new cup. Then, I just dump the wet leaves and rinse the infuser and start over the next day.
