I don't think there's any harm in drinking coffee on a daily basis. Even red wine in moderation can have benefits, so I'm sure coffee is even less harmful in moderation too.

I'm not a huge fan of coffee, but occasionally if I'm out (and possibly desperate for caffeine), I will get a skinny latte from Starbucks. My boyfriend also has this neat little press that mimics a French press in the mechanics, but only makes a single serving at time and costs about 20 bucks from Amazon. With the beans he gets from the local coffee shop, it makes the smoothest cup of joe I've ever had - absolutely no bitter aftertaste whatsoever. It's fabulous iced with a little half & half and some Torani Hazelnut syrup!

Primarily however, I drink loose leaf tea from adagio.com -- it's my absolute favorite site for tea! My favorites are their Irish Breakfast, chestnut and rooibos vanilla I can drink anywhere from 20 oz to 60 oz of brewed loose leaf tea on any given day in the winter. In the summer it will most likely only be in the morning.

The Irish Breakfast is like a kick in the pants in the morning with a little half & half and sugar. Blows coffee out of the water IMO! I brought a bag of it along with some paper tea filters from adagio to work... can't start the day without it.

I also drink a lot of Diet Raspberry Snapple and various flavors of Crystal Lite all year round. I try to drink plain water, but it makes me feel bloated/uncomfortable

Interestingly, the last year when I took my daughter to the doctors with an upper respiratory infection, the pediatrician told me not to give cough medicine, instead to give her hot teas with caffeine. She said the caffeine helps clear and shrink everything up in her nasal passages, etc.

I've worked at Tim Hortons the past 10 years... I can't drink it. It's nasty. I won't even drink it even though it's free.

Starbucks I've never tried but the prices throw me off anyway.

McDonald's McCafe is the best coffee I've had so far.

But for the most part, I brew my own at home! Folgers!

I MUST have my coffee at least 1 cup in the morning. I oddly will have another through out the day. I love Tim Hortons Double Doubles but usually make my own at home. I love regular tea (Lipton Yellow Label) and peppermint tea as well. Oddly, I will drink Green Tea

If you really DO want one... watch Amazon. I got mine on a crazy Black Friday sale - 55% off. I got a limited elite edition one (which I never would have paid full price for) for the price of the most basic model.

Nobody will admit to drinking Taster's Choice instant coffee?

I once worked in an office where I happened to see how dirty the inside of the coffee maker was....you can bet I swore off their coffee and switched to Taster's Choice. I actually liked it.

That was probably the first coffee I ever had! Growing up, my mother only made instant coffee.
