I am so sorry.

No matter that we know we will lose our parents at some point, it is still difficult.
Having lost a father to cancer (9 month decline), a f-i-l who passed in his sleep, and stepfather whose implanted defibrilator went off 3 times trying to save him, I hope to have a dignified, quick death.

I'm so sorry for the loss of your mother-in-law. Sending thoughts and prayers your way. I'm sure Bentley made her last days better.
