Many years ago I was rear-ended in the pouring rain and developed whiplash. It took me quite a while before I was able to let go of the fear of seeing headlights coming up behind me. I sympathize! Hang in there. In six months you'll have a new car that you love and hopefully the accident won't be affecting you or your dogs anymore.
