I have the Galaxy SIII as well and I love that phone.

If you like listening to your own kind of music you can install the app Pandora. Then search for the type of music you like. With the headphones it is great to listen to. Also if you get a text or phone call while listening to Pandora, the app will stop playing and you will hear your notifications for texts or phone call.

I'm not trying to totally hijack this thread, but those of you who are heavy app users or stream music/radio - do you ever go over your monthly data or is your plan unlimited?

I have the 3GB per month. So far the biggest data use has been downloading apps but I did that while connected to my home WiFi. Even with the heavy usage on my home network the last week it would only account for less than 20% of my allowed usage using the phone. I guess I will see how it goes.

I did install Pandora and like it. I installed one of the TV station apps out of Atlanta for weather and news. I found a cool Geo-cache free app that looks to work really good. I plan to try it out today.

Thanks everyone for your thoughts and comments.
The only negative is this phone will not be quite as convenient to wear on my belt. I have a belt holder for it but it seems bulky.

My Buddy TuffDog.

Enjoy your new phone, sounds like you are already, that's great.

Love the B & W picture of Woody, I'm a huge fan of B & W shots.

I'm bringing this thread up from the archives. Hubby wanted a new phone and decided I should get a new one as well, so we got early Valentines Samsung Galaxy S IIIs! These phones are fantastic! We've had a lot of fun discovering all the cool features. We put the S Voice (Siri for you iphone people) through the paces today. She's great, except I've named her Sammy instead of Suri). She even gave us correct directions! I plan to transfer one of Yogi's videos on the phone to the hubby tonight by doing the touchy shaky thing! I hope it works!

The sync feature is pretty good, but I really enjoy the file management capabilities!

One question for those of you with S3's- what case are you using and do you like it? I got a flip case but it's too flimsy and I fear my phone might break if one of the dogs tugs at me while I'm putting it in my pocket to take them for a walk.

I have the Snug for mine. Snugg Samsung Galaxy S3 Pouch Case in Tan Suede | Smartphone Cases - TheSnugg.com USA
I like it because it's thin but sturdy and it has a tab on the back you pull up to remove your phone quickly. I also have a leather flip case that I love I'll see if I can find that link.

The Snugg is attractive! Thanks! I"m thinking a leather flip would work well because I had one on my old Evo 4g that I loved!

Here's my leather flip case. It's really nice and not bulky. http://www.amazon.com/iTALKonline-Cover-Samsung-Galaxy-III-White/dp/B00817VYRW/ref=wl_it_dp_o_nS_nC?ie=UTF8&colid=3RVCMKY1ZFMTR&coliid=IMVYEMXM49381
