I have a new hobby....
I decided to buy myself a scroll saw and make some Christmas presents this year for my family and a few friends. I purchased the wreaths and ornaments and decorated each one. It's been a lot of fun. I just finished my last gift and took pictures to share.

awesome I love personalized homemade gifts! I did a few customized stocking this year for some of my daughters friends and they were a hit. may have to make some more lol

Those are awesome...I made tie blankets this year. I had made some a few years ago for us and everyone loves them...Hope they loved them enough that they love getting one...lol

I just went on-line and searched dog silhouettes plus a horse and bone. There is something called clip art that has them as well. A friend of mine told me to go to dollar store and pick up some coloring books and I can find all kinds of patterns to try. I'm really enjoying it. Time goes by so fast when I'm down there working. My little Honey is usually laying right under the table. Gunner comes down and checks on me but he doesn't stay down with all the noise. I have a vacume hooked up to the saw to keep the sawdust down....

Maybe in a couple years when I retire...I'm thinking this will be a good thing for me when I retire. Right now I am just too busy to do it full time with work, two dogs, two elderly parents, and working the nursing homes (therapy dogs).

I will definately let everyone know if and when I do. Thanks.....
