Hi guys,

I really need your help

I want so send a Christmas card to my special girlfriend. No worries, I know it's almost Christmas but she lives only 10 minutes away so I can drop it off instead of sending it

She's very special to me. Even though she's almost twice my age, we clicked the day we met and have been really good friends ever since. She is almost like a "mother" type of friend to me, always there, gives the best advice and always listens when I REALLY need somebody to talk to. I just want to say something that makes her feel as special as she is to me.

Any ideas?

I lost my girlfriend, who was this and more to me, a few years ago. Please tell her what you feel, what's in your heart. you never know how much time we have here on this earth...and you can never get that chance again. I make it a point to tell people how I feel about them if they are special to me...

I think what you told us about her is exactly what you should tell her. Sometimes it's easier to say it to other people first--but you've said it all in your post. So just modify it and write it down for her. It's a lovely message, and she's lucky to have you as a friend.

I knew there was something special about you the day we met. I'm glad we reconnected again only a while after and have been great friends ever since.
Thank you for always being there for me if it's a walk with our dogs, for listening to me or when I'm in desperate need of motherly advice. I hope you know how thankful I am to have you in my life.
