I have an MSN email account, and have always used the internet (Safari) to access email since bringing home my iMac. On occasion I click on the Apple mail symbol and it loads my messages but I don't use it much.

Recently MSN moved everyone over to Outlook and I've just learned it won't let me print out my contact groups--i.e., Christmas card list.

Went to Apple mail and don't see a contact icon on there at all. When I open a new message and start to type, no address gets filled in. Does that mean I don't have an address book on Apple mail? How can I get it loaded?

I use a Mac and MSN mail. I access my email through Hotmail by clicking on the Hotmail link on my MSN home page. I use Safari as my browser and do not use Outlook. Hotmail has a list of all my contacts, etc. The nice thing about Hotmail, is I can access my email from any computer, my phone and iPad.

I was involuntarily switched to Outlook by MSN. I was told I had no choice. You weren't changed? When I'm on MSN now and click on Hotmail, it goes to Outlook. And I don't like it.

No, I have never been switched to Outlook. I used it at one time when I had a Windows PC. But the Hotmail link has always been available.

I access the same way Max's dad thru hotmail. Mine has not been changed either.

I use outlook at work.
