| We have multi-colored lights and the ornaments have been collected over the years. I always start with the special ones then fill in with boxed sets. For the first time in a few years, I put up outside colored lights and green garland today (warm weather).

| WE use the little muliti-color lights on the house, in the holly along the front of the house, and in the big bush on the side of the house, and in the garland on the fence on the side (front).Slso around the trunks of the two pine trees by the drive--trees got to tall for us to continue putting them in the branches as well. I have a large white light tree, several deer, angel, and 20 lighted snow men on stakes along the front. Use white lights on the patio. Wrap pine garland around the posts and put red bows at the top and this year, with new patio furniture, I am putting stuff on the tables, and in the water trough--have a fake tree and little animals and wile type flowers (fake) in it. But for Fall, I put away the spring/summer flowers and have yellow, orange and bronbe mums and some autum leaves. Will put poinsettias and other christmas stuff in there and on the tables out there. Inside, multicolored lights on the tree, white lights in the pine garland on the mantle. Garland around all doors with red bows. I LOVE lots of color. My kitchen/dinning is done with cardinal stuff--table cloth with cardinals on the border, cardinal pepper and stal shaker to add to the large centerpied that has candles and a couple of red balls, cardinal towels, etc in kitchen. My Christmas dishes have different christmas greenery around the rims--mistle toe, holly, pine/& cones? and cedar with blue berries. Glasses to match. Never have found any with cardinals on it. And I kno these first Christmas are so rought. I lost Hunter in Oct. 2003. When I lost KayCee in May 2008, that Christmas the FIRST stocking I took out wa the one with her name on it and I sat and bawled. I have ornaments to onhor each one on the tree Our tree is what I call a Memory tree." I have a few ornaments that were on our tree when I was a little girl. Some my boys when in school, a couple the grandkids have made, many golden ornments (can't believe I paid $10 each for them). I have one honoring our military, one to represent the Tampa football team (hiubbies team), one for the Oakland Raiders (my team, one with dolphins on it, several ones to do with fishing, ducks and geese, cardinals and othe birds. The tree we set up in the corner bedroom (our livingroom does not have a window facing front) is done with grinch a and iwht hunting fishing ornaments as that room is done with hunting and fishing. I have a 18" tree in my one bathroom with all things from the sea (mini ornaments) plus sea shells (small) I hae picked up and strung on gold ribbon. The tree in the other speare room "2") is done with dinsey, etc as tha room is all Disney (the kids call it my Disney room). The one I put on the dresser in here is done with angels, snow flakes, tiny candy canes and red beds.

| I have not really decorated since my mom passed away 9yrs ago. Christmas was her and my holiday we loved to decorate and make cookies and all that jazz. My son doesnt care one way or another he liked christmas with my mom but if does want a tree or something special he hasnt said. I love blue and white lights. I have white lights up on my entertainment center all year round. I did put up multi lights for awhile but when they burnt out I went back to white. I have looked at the purple ones and I think maybe when I have to replace these lights I will get purple just for a change of pace. |

| Christmas is going to so hard this year after recently losing Fletcher. I will get a real tree for the first time in many many years in order to make Christmas decorating a bit different. For the past ten years I have had a very narrow fake tree from Lowes that I put up the day after Thanksgiving and it is a golden retriever (of course!) themed tree. I was contemplating putting up different ornaments instead put will stick to the golden ones because they are so special to me. This is a picture from 2010...we just moved into our house the week before and had very little furniture in this room so we put up our tree in the dining room. Fletcher and Gracie did not look happy with the move!

| Fiber Optic Tree Many Christmases ago, Ken bought me a 4 or 5 ft. Fiber Optic Tree that we put in our Bay Window. I ABSOLUTELY love it. We also have the HUGE TREE, about 9 ft. tall in the Family Room.

| We have a small tree that we decorate very natural and woodsy - reds, greens, blues, silver, etc., but this year with Tayla being a rowdy 1 year old and the fact that Cheyenne got sick last year a day before Christmas and died in February, Christmas is going to be low key this year. Next year will hopefully feel more cheerful.
