Love them! I actually used to go to their clinic, when they were still practicing. They are located about 90 minutes from me, and I LOVE visiting their outlet store (and so do the dogs!).

They are not always the lowest price for some things, but the service is great and I trust them implicitly.

I didn't even know they had an outlet store or a clinic. I thought they were online only. I have been ordering from them for years. I love their stuff and I have always been satisfied with my orders. Never needed to use customer service.

They have some really nice beds I'm thinking about ordering. I ordered from a different place last month and sent it right back because the quality was terrible.

Buy a kuranda bed, great beds, i have the nice large beds foster and smith have, two i have actually, but the kuranda beds are so much easier to care for.
