I've been really hesitant to post, because I really don't feel very welcome here, but I wanted to give a update to those who've asked me how I am

I'm doing ok.
Since my last update I went back in the hospital for a while(until my insurance ran out) had some bad noise problems in there(another code grey... *sigh*) stupid people doing construction downstairs

I've got a new really great PsyD who I got farther in 2 sessions then I did entirely with my previous one.
I've seen her 6 times now, I see her twice a week. She's really great.

I'm in the process of getting a new perscriber(ether a psychiatrist or a nurse practitioner) but it's taking a long time.

I'm also trying to get a occupational therapist to help me with some of my problems.

I'm participating in my local NAMI chapter, there's a art class once a week and a support group once a week.

and I may be a volunteer at a riding center starting next month, maybe that will help give my life meaning, who knows?

Things still feel real sucky right now, but I'm still going. I'm still holding on.

It's true. When we go through tough periods in our life it does make us stronger in the end and one day you will look back at this and understand that it happened for a reason. I am sure it doesn't feel that way now when you are in a state of pain and confusion. It does sound like you are doing a lot of hard work to make yourself better and I hope you can feel proud of yourself for that. I wish you all the best in your journey.
