Bad News- Even though Mika has been eating like a piggy she has lost 2 pounds since her last visit I knew she had lost some weight but does not look super thin or anything. Just leanish for a Maine Coon though.

Good News- All her blood work- Senior Cat Panel with thyroid panel is completely normal- I can pick up the actual records new week. She could be slightly abnormal but WNL? Also did stool and urine- Nothing.

So back to where I began I guess. What to feed my wet food loving cat now!

I do what I like and like what I do. Yorkies- Cozy (4/1/06), Roxy & Zoey (2/11/08), Lucy (4/6/09); Golden- Buddy (4/13/09- Rescued 12/11) Maine Coon cats- Mika (1998) and Tallulah (2000)

Yikes! I hope more wet food fixes the problem.

Did they test blood sugar? Most likely yes, but just want to double check as weight loss while eating like a piggy is a pretty typical symptom of diabetes.

Just bought THK Grace which is 56 more calories/cup than Prowl and she will be given all that she can eat. She will go to grandma's like the dogs when I go to work so she can be feed more!

All labs (CBC, CMP, thyroid, electrolyes, etc.) urine, and stool was completely normal at least according to the vet. When I get the results in my hands I will be doing a little rearching myself. Maybe even have an expert like Dodd's consult if she does not seem better with all she can eat wet food.
