Hello I am new to the forum. I have a 2 year old Golden named Murphy and a 6 month Golden named Reji. Recently Reji was throwing up and having diarrhea so we took him to the vet and found that he had a blockage due to a lymph node being swollen the size of a twinkie!! They gave him antibiotics and this morning they said he is eating and drinking. Has anyone experienced this? They are sending this off for a biopsy. He is only 6 months old and I am very scared. Thank you.
I'm sorry, I don't have any experience with that. Just wanted to send to send out good thoughts and prayers for your pup. I can't even imagine going through that, with one so young. Did the Vet say, it could be due to an infection? That's a great sign, that Reji is eating and drinking this morning, after antibiotics. Hopefully it's just a reactive lymph node and the antibiotics, make the difference. Hope Reji is feeling better soon!
